Synopsis
International superstar Jackie Chan gives a moving performance in this heartwarming, Rain Man like story directed by acclaimed martial arts director Sammo Hung. Jackie is a dedicated Hong Kong Policeman who dreams of marrying his loyal giirlfriend and becoming a sailor. However, he cannot pursue his dreams as ha has to take care of his mischievous, mentally retarded brother (Hung), who is constantly getting into trouble. When his brother is mistaken by Police as a robbery suspect, Jackie vows to clear his name... and will fight with everything he's got to track down the real robbers.
