Shing and Betty want to find money to pay back a loan shark. To get the money they decide to break into a house an steal he valuable items that are in it. Old Bill, who also owes debts to the loan shark, happens to be in the house. He pretends to be the owner, because he thinks Shing is a wealthy man who he can cheat out of money. Eventually, they find out each other's real identities and decide to cooperate to set plans to trap the loan shark.
