Synopsis
New York policeman Billy Wong (Chan) chases after the gangsters who killed his partner, on foot in the ramparts and in the air. He investigates a kidnapping case and chases to Hong Kong and discovers the Mr. Big is the leader of the gangsters. Finally a big fireball lights up the harbour of Hong Kong. (That is what it says on the box!) Think it probably means that is where the big final battle takes place!.
