Synopsis
Stephen Chow, the Jim Carrey of Asia, is back as the luckless layabout knee-deep in the palace intrigues of the Chinese Emperor. In this side splitting sequel, Chow finds himself targetted for termination when three rival groups vie for control of the dragon throne.
