Synopsis
A killer known as "Four Eyes" appears mysteriously in Tokyo, a city of sickness and degeneracy. He has taken on a justice seeking alter ego to punish the ill behaved people and the dregs of society, though he misses the shot every time. The police hunt for him, but in vain. One day he meets a teenage girl. Through contact with her, he slowly abandons his role of "Four Eyes" and returns to reality as well as his real identity 'K'.
