Synopsis
Stephen Chow is back as Chow Sing Sing. His outstanding performace should have earned him a higher rank if he had only been polite to the appraisal review. Instead he is demoted to a traffic officer! In order to earn mor money for his upcoming marriage, he decides to crackdown the terrorists when he is sent an an undercover agent to infiltrate a school. This time Sing returns and causes more havoc than ever!
